The thirty-three pages

A walk you take one page at a time

In one sentence
Thirty-three web pages, each about one part of you, each ending with something to do — not just something to read.
A Tuesday
Page five. It's about the heart. It asks you to put your hand on your chest and feel your heartbeat for two minutes, without changing anything. Then it says: notice the place under your palm softening. You didn't think anything would happen. Something does. Then a button asks if you're ready, and a short story opens, told from inside the heart itself.
Why I made it
Most maps of the inner life are written to be understood. I wanted one written to be felt. So every page makes the body act before the mind reads — and the page never says you've done something until you've actually done it. That honesty is the whole point.
What's inside
The first twenty pages are about energy and the body: root, belly, heart, throat, eyes, crown, then the feet, hands, breath, ears, mouth, the blink.
The next nine are about the mind: how you begin things, hold a picture, get pulled, see from inside, trust, invent, choose, remember, arrive.
The last four are the turn home. I'd ask you to walk the rest first — the last one is meant to be met, not read about.
What it refuses to do
It won't claim you did something you didn't.
It won't lock a page behind another. Order is a suggestion.
It won't add a section just because a template has one.
If you want to try it
Start at Bindu, page one. If you've only got a minute, page ten — the soles of your feet — works standing in a queue.
