What all of this is

One idea, many doors

In one sentence
Everything on this site and in these apps comes from one idea: what you're looking for is already inside you, and each of these is a way to notice that.
A Tuesday
You open one of the pages on your phone. It asks you to do something small with your body — press your feet into the floor, put a hand on your chest, close your eyes for three seconds. Then it tells you what that small thing has been doing your whole life. You put the phone down and, for the rest of the day, you catch yourself noticing it.
Why I made it
I spent years reading maps other people drew of the inner life — yoga, psychology, physics, old scriptures — and kept finding the same shape underneath all of them. I wanted a way to walk that shape instead of just read about it. And once I'd walked it, I wanted to hand it to the people I love. Not as a lecture. As a door they could open when they felt like it.
What's inside
Thirty-three short practice pages, one idea each, in an order that builds.
A long story you scroll through, about how we got here.
Songs you can move to, and readings of what those songs are really saying.
A few private phone apps — my own instruments — that you can read about here even if you never use them.
A door with a die on it, for when you'd rather not choose.
What it refuses to do
It never tells you what to believe. It shows you something and lets you decide.
Nothing is locked. You can start anywhere.
It won't hurry you. There is no finish line.
If you want to try it
If you want one place to begin: the first practice page, called Bindu. Two minutes. If you'd rather wander, open the door and roll.
