What is sealed in your center?

Manipura. The energy fire and the physical furnace. One burns through stillness. The other burns through digestion. Both transform what enters into what you become. Same principle, different density.

the reflection

I have an interior. That is what I get to keep from this chakra. I have an interior. Before, I was a body with surfaces. Now I am a body with depth. The depth has a gate. The gate is mine. I am the one who chooses what enters.

This is large. This is also simple.

I sit with the chamber a little longer. The warmth has steadied. Not high. Not low. Working. The chamber is doing what the chamber does. It does not need me to monitor it. It needs me to feed it well. The feeding is the only intervention required.

I am a body that knows it has a gate. That is different from a body that has a gate without knowing. The knowing is what changes what is possible. The walker who knows the gate can choose. The walker who does not is fed by whatever passes.

I will forget this. The chamber forgives that too. The forgiveness is built in. I can return to attention any time. The chamber will be exactly where it has always been.
