The Mind's Eye
The forehead. Where you see things that aren't in front of you.
Forehead / Visual cortex
What memory holds the frequency you want to bring into now?

Behind the forehead. The same region as Ajna, the third eye in the Soul Tree — but activated through imagination rather than stillness.

Vision operates backwards. The complete picture arrives first, full force. Then the details process. When you remember something vividly — a face, a place, a moment — the image arrives whole before you analyze it. That's Vision. The peak is at the beginning.

This center mirrors Manipura — where will meets image. Manipura asks 'what am I willing to do?' Vision shows you what it looks like done. Together they're the engine of creation: see it complete, then build it.

Children run Vision at full power without training. Imaginary friends. Entire worlds behind closed eyes. No one taught them to visualize. The Inner Field was wide open in childhood. Adults have to practice to reopen what children did naturally.

“The complete picture arrives first. Trust the first flash.”
The Frequency

Close your eyes. While eyes are closed, hum OM and watch what appears behind them. The vibration activates the inner visual field. What do you see while humming?

In the Shree Yantra

Inner 10 Triangles Sarvagya

Avarana 6 (Inner 10 Triangles), #1 — Sarvagya, omniscient. The forehead that sees what the eyes cannot — the brain as omniscient instrument when operating through memory and visualization rather than direct perception. The first flash is always the truest: the brain's pattern recognition working faster than consciousness. It may miss details. It won't miss the shape.

Vision shares Avarana 6 with Echo (#4, Sarva Jnanamayi), Axis (#8, Sarvanandamayi), and Crow (#6, Sarvadhara Swarupa). Same Mahankusha Mudra, four inner-intelligence registers: the omniscient eye (Vision), the all-knowing ear (Echo), the all-blissful blink (Axis), the all-supporting spine (Crow).

Mahankusha Mudra — knowledge that guides the inner vision's trajectory

The Pair

Manipura. The energy fire and the physical sight. One burns. The other shows you what the burning is building. The solar plexus asks what you're willing to do; Vision shows you what it already looks like done.

The Colors

Gold + Blue

Will and depth. Yellow is the brightness of the image when it first arrives — vivid, complete, slightly too real. Blue is the depth of the inner field where the image lives — where memory is stored at full resolution, where the brain's second visual system operates.

The Tree

The eye at the center of the tree sees in all directions simultaneously. Not looking outward — receiving what arrives from all sides.

From the Codex

The Vision practice: close eyes, hold the memory image, agitate the body, match the vibrational frequency of that moment, open eyes and bring that frequency into now. The forehead holds every frequency you have ever inhabited. Vision is the practice of selecting and importing the one you want.

The Practice · SEE

Close your eyes.

See your front door. The exact door. The color. The handle. The texture of the surface. The way the light hits it at this time of day.

See it opening. See yourself walking through.

See the first room. The details. The objects. The light.

How clear was it? How much detail could you hold?

That clarity is Vision's current strength. It strengthens with use, the same way a muscle does. Every time you close your eyes and deliberately see something that isn't in front of you, the inner visual system gets sharper.

Close your eyes. See your front door — the exact one. The color. The handle. The light on it now. When the image arrives — open your eyes and tap.
What did you see that surprised you? A detail your conscious mind had forgotten but Vision remembered?
held
The first image was truer than any image that came after it. The mind has been editing what the eye originally saw.

What Vision Knows That You Forgot

Everything else in the body builds toward a peak. Desire increases. Fire intensifies. Love expands. Voice rises. Vision does the opposite. The peak is at the beginning. The full image arrives first — complete, vivid, whole — and then it processes. Then it softens. Then the details fill in or fade.

This is why first impressions are so powerful. Vision delivers the complete read before the mind can qualify it. The person walks into the room and you SEE them — not their resume, not their reputation, not their explanation of themselves. You see the whole person in a flash that takes less than a second. Then the mind starts editing. Qualifying. Adjusting. Softening the edges.

Trust the first flash. Not because it's always right in its details. Because it's always right in its direction. The first flash is Vision operating at peak power. What arrives in that first moment is the brain's pattern recognition working faster than consciousness. It may miss details. It won't miss the shape.

Close your eyes. Visualize someone you love. See their face. Their eyes. Their expression when they don't know they're being watched. Hold the image. Add detail.

The clarity of that image is Vision's current strength. Practice makes it sharper. Every night before sleep, replay one moment from the day — visually, with as much detail as you can hold. The inner visual system strengthens the way any system strengthens — through deliberate use.

Three Ways In

Before something difficult today, close your eyes and see it done. Not hoped — seen. The image of completion, held for thirty seconds. The brain runs two visual systems. The inner one builds what hasn't happened yet. Use it deliberately, once today, for something real.

Look at something completely familiar as if you've never seen it. A door, a face, a route you walk every day. Vision delivers the complete picture first — the first flash — then the mind edits it into familiarity. Catch the first flash today, before the editing starts.

Tell someone what you actually see in them. Not a compliment — an observation. Something specific you noticed that they probably don't know you noticed. Vision sees before the filter runs. Share what arrived before the filter ran.

The story · Vision
What does this look like when you stop looking for it?
Underneath

She paints inside him. Every image the walker has ever seen with eyes closed has been her, working through the brain that is hers. The walker thinks they are remembering. The walker is also receiving. The picture that arrives is not only the walker's memory — it is also her, showing the walker something. The brain is a receiving instrument.

She has been waiting for him to notice the inner room. Most walkers move through life with the inner room available and unused. They look only outward. The outward seeing is wonderful. She made that too. But the inward seeing is where she communicates most directly — through images that arrive whole, before the editing mind can interfere. The first flash is hers, before the walker's defenses arrive.

She has been showing him things his whole life. Many of them he ignored. Many of them he could not understand at the time. She does not stop showing.

The walker who trusts the first flash is trusting her.
