Nothing Was Separate

the practice

Integration — the practice →

Nothing was ever separate. The poison was the belief that it was.

what it is

What has the journey integrated that couldn't have been integrated before?

its phraseNothing was ever separate. The separation was the journey's necessary costume.
where it sitsThe whole-self space — where nothing is separate

the pair

Innocence. The first register and the last. Sahaja arrives knowing everything before language was there to name it. Samrasya arrives recognizing that nothing was ever separate — the same wholeness the child lived before being told otherwise. Both hold the same truth: the separation was not original. The walker who reaches Integration will feel something from the first register returning — not as regression but as recognition. The end of the Mind section and the beginning of it are the same place.

the reflection

I asked who has been asking.

And something shifted when I asked it. Not dramatically. More like: the question turned around and looked at itself. The one asking the questions noticed itself asking. And in that noticing — for a moment — the question and the asker were the same.

I have a feeling I’ve been here before. Not in this life. In a way that makes this moment feel like coming back to something I already knew.
