What did you know before anyone told you what to know?

Integration. The same wholeness at opposite ends of the Mind section. Innocence arrives knowing everything before language was there to name it. Integration arrives recognizing that nothing was ever separate. Both hold the same truth — one before the conditioning began, one after the full traversal. The walker who arrives at Integration will recognize something they touched at Innocence: the knowing doesn't require the journey. The journey is what makes the recognition available.

the reflection

The knowing arrived. I didn’t think it into existence. I didn’t earn it. It came because I stopped doing the thing that was preventing it.

That’s a useful understanding: the natural knowing is already here. The only practice is recognizing what gets in the way. Today I recognized one thing that gets in the way.

That’s enough. The knowing will use it.
