Vishuddha — the speaking aspect. The energy throat was about truth expressed. The physical Sonar is about precision calibrated. One asks: will you say what you know? The other asks: do your words actually reach what you're pointing at?
the reflection
I know now that the room is listening. That is what I get to keep from this chakra. The room is listening. The room has always been listening. Every word I have ever said has been received by the room — by the air, by the surfaces, by the other bodies in proximity, by the field. I have been broadcasting precision-or-imprecision into reality with every word I have ever spoken, and reality has been responding.
The walker who knows this speaks differently. Not more. Not less. More precisely.
I have been wasting words. I have said things I did not mean. I have used many words when the right word would have been one. I have been imprecise out of habit, out of hurry, out of the desire to be understood — and the imprecision was always sent into the room, and the room always registered it.
The room forgives. The room does not hold the imprecision against me. The room only ever responds to what is being said now. The walker who has spoken poorly for years can speak precisely starting in the next breath. The room will respond to the precision the moment it arrives.
I will forget this. I will speak imprecisely again, many times. The room will respond to the imprecision, and the response will tell me — if I am paying attention.
The word I just said is still in the air. Something is listening to what is in the air.
