I choose a track. The screen goes dark and a word appears in gold: still. The song plays, and under it a tone I feel more than hear. The visuals move with the music — embers for one song, ripples for another. When it ends the tone doesn't stop right away. It holds for a moment, like a hand staying on your shoulder.
Why I made it
I wanted to know what music was doing to me, precisely, and then do it on purpose. The tone under each song isn't a trick — it's the note the song was standing on without ever playing it.
What's inside

What it refuses to do
