Who was Dolores Cannon?

An American hypnotherapist and author, 1931–2014, who developed a regression technique she called QHHT and wrote nineteen books from what her clients said under hypnosis — about past lives, other worlds, and where she believed the Earth was going.

What are the three waves?

Her account of three groups of souls who volunteered to come to Earth to help it through a shift: the first, born around the late 1940s onward, who found the world hard to bear; the second, calmer, meant to be antennas of energy; the third, the children, who came with the new frequency already built in.

What did she mean by the New Earth?

That the planet is moving into a higher frequency, and that people would gradually separate by vibration — some staying with the old world, some moving with the new. She placed the turning near 2012, as a process rather than a date.
