A Strange Voice

The answer to the story

In one sentence
A second telling, in five acts, where the ground itself answers what the first story asked — narrated by someone who only reveals who she is at the end.
A Tuesday
You've finished the story. This one is quieter. A heartbeat plays underneath the whole thing at resting pace. You read as the earth speaks, and in the last act you find out who has been speaking.
Why I made it
The first story lets consciousness talk. This one lets the body of the world talk back. I wanted both, because neither is complete alone.
What's inside
The frame is finished. The full text is the next thing to be written.
Read it after the story, not before.
If you want to try it
After the story.
